PCM Core Topics (medical focus)
Join us for a 3-day PCM Seminar 1 workshop designed to introduce you to the core concepts of the Process Communication Model® (PCM).
While open to everyone, this session is uniquely medical-focused and led by two experienced medical facilitators who previously ran courses for RACS.
This seminar is the perfect starting point for developing more powerful connections with the people around you, rooted in groundbreaking self-awareness. PCM is a behaviour-based method that enhances self-awareness, improves self-management, and enables better management of others. It’s an evidence-based tool so powerful that NASA used it for selecting and training astronauts, and it’s now widely applied across industries, including healthcare.
After the seminar, you’ll be able to:
- Be more self-aware and manage yourself better by understanding your own motivations
- Achieve higher productivity by learning how to motivate yourself and others effectively
- Observe and decode behaviour objectively, free from personal biases
- Detect and correct miscommunication before it escalates into a problem
- Predict and address disruptive or unproductive behaviour before it affects your work
- Respond swiftly to defuse challenging situations
With immediate application, you’ll begin to see positive results right away. While mastering all aspects of PCM may take time, perseverance will bring excellence.
